Who We Are

Leah is passionate about capturing connection on film and has been doing so through Selah Films for over ten years, and has worked with over one hundred wonderful couples. It has always been her joy to be able to pull out the emotions and put it into a story. Her interest in cinematography began as a second camera assistant for weddings and events many years ago. She then worked as an associate cinematographer for a video production company before launching her own business, Selah Films, in 2013.
Leah truly believes that every couple should have their love story told and feels honored when they choose her to capture their special day.

David started his videography journey with a GoPro at a young age and has progressed through the years diving into passion projects that led him to owning his own business with friends called Aimless Focus. He is well-rounded in various fields with many years of experience and is passionate about capturing energy and emotion on film.
David is a restless soul with a vision for creativity.

At a young age, Tyler fell in love with the art of cinema. He brings his wealth of technical knowledge about cinematography, audio mixing and mastering, and editing to Selah Films. Tyler loves a good story, and pays great attention to the special moments of life, both in his personal life and his professional work. Tyler finds great satisfaction from making and enjoying good art, so he wants to make your vision come true as much as you do.

Shane started developing an interest in video production while in high school—filming for local television channels and homecoming parades. Shane quickly emerged into the industry and has been filming full-time since graduating high school with a passion for weddings and promotional videos. Away from the camera, Shane enjoys playing hockey and trying out new local restaurants.
